Winter 2010 Newsletter

Winter means RAIN

The New Year has begun and with Winter in Southern California, hopefully that means rain. Thankfully, we
have had some rain and hope to get more in the next few months. There have been some very high tides,
but thankfully no serious flooding. Additionally, the City of Oxnard got its sand rake out onto the beach and
cleaned up all the storm debris faster than in any year that I can recall, going back to 1997! Thank you very
much!

Fall is in the Air

Yes, definitely, Fall is in the air and that means the holidays can not be far behind. Speaking of behind, I’m sorry I did not get out this second issue much sooner. Some medical issues kept me from having 4) enough energy to get back to work. Sorry.

However, there is much going on in the Community and keeping owners informed is the main purpose of this newsletter, so here is the NEWS.
